A. We currently only provide shipping within the U.S.
Q. How do you ship?
A. Deliveries are via USPS OR UPS (depending on package).
USPS Priority Mail: (1-3 days)
USPS First–Class Maill: (estimated 1-3 days)
UPS Ground: (1-5 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
*PLEASE NOTE: when placing an order, please ensure that your billing AND mailing address are correct. Once your order has been placed, we cannot redirect packages.*
Q. My order is wrong; what do I do?
A. If your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately by filling out the contact form or emailing us directly at: email@example.com with your order number. We will get back to you with instructions on how to send back the order.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. We accept returns 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only on new, unworn, unused item/s. Item/s must be in original packaging. For exchanges, please fill out the contact form or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #.
Q. How long will it take for my card to be refunded?
Once we have received your package, please allow 3 business working days for return processing. When your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
